 GENERAL SUMMARY

The ADM Pay Analyst will serve as the point of contact for all matters regarding finance and payroll-related paid leave claims. The role will address Caregiver, Core Leader, Payroll and Human Resources inquiries and interdepartmental needs related to adjustments and verification of payments made. Completes work independently and supports business-specific needs.

 

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The caregiver must be sufficiently fluent in the English language to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position. The degree of fluency required will vary depending upon the nature of the position.

For direct patient care roles: Performs and maintains currency of essential competencies as required by specific area of hire and populations served.

 

  • Complete accurate reviews of paid leave claims to ensure accuracy of caregiver pay
  • Assist with questions related to payroll issuance and state disability plan payments and adjustments
  • Calculates and validates adjustments according to computation algorithms, key metrics and supporting documents (i.e.-timesheets, state disability award letters, employee hourly pay rates, paid time off, overpayment/underpayment issues etc.) and delegates data adjustments to appropriate interdepartmental partners.
  • Complete and support reconciliations between payroll and other necessary partners. Escalates complex issues to Team Lead and coordinates work with other departments as necessary.
  • Knowledge of financial aspects of paid leave claims, benefit plans and programs, and control measures.
