What will you be responsible for:

As a Resource manager, you are responsible for assigning the right people to the right projects at the right time. Manage employees currently in the workplace and determine hiring needs based on each project's requirements.

What would your work week look like:

  • To ensure resourcing for all potential and assigned projects.
  • Work directly with the client to understand the requisition in terms of skills and experience.
  • Create profiles as per the required requisition, mapping skills and experience within the employee database.
  • Responsible for all resource fulfillment through Bench employees or Internal project employees. Work with Hiring team to fill the requirement if no internal resource is available.
  • Work directly with Talent Acquisition to facilitate appropriate staffing across the organization based on aggregate understanding of project requirements.
  • Visit clients as and when required, schedule weekly calls with clients and update the status on the open requirements
  • Ensure timely delivery and must communicate to appropriate project managers resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines.
  • Billing & Allocation
  • Ensure all the incorrect cost of Billing employees is moved to respecting Billing project ID.
  • Ensure the cost is below the target given Qualifications.

Who are we looking for:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Scheduling / reporting and/or Workforce Management in Consulting
  • Must have worked in Operations Management
  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Work, MS PowerPoint as the candidate will be handling a large amount of data
  • Ability to understand and identify key issues from both summary and detailed data.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret numerical data
  • Ability to work in a high performing environment at a fast pace
  • Process Improvement approach to continuously drive efficiencies and improve ways of working
  • Resilient and capable of working in a challenging, continuously changing environment. Diligent with a focus on attention to detail
  • Collaborative working style and strong teamworking skills
  • Solutions focused approach
  • MBA - HR, General Management.IT (Top Colleges)
  • B. Tech - CS, IT, IS (Preferred)
  • Work Experience - Prior experience in HR, Admin, IT etc.
