Role Summary 

The Graphic Designer – GTM & Pursuits is responsible for shaping high-impact visual storytelling and design-led communication to support go-to-market (GTM) offerings and deal pursuits. This role plays a critical part in translating complex business ideas, solutions, and strategies into compelling visual narratives that strengthen positioning, differentiate offerings, and improve win rates. 

The role partners closely with GTM leads, deal teams, strategy, and leadership to create executive-ready presentations, pursuit assets, and market-facing materials aligned to client priorities and buying personas.

What will you be responsible for? 

GTM Design & Sales Enablement 

  • Partner with GTM, strategy, and pillar teams to design and enhance market-facing assets including pitch decks, solution overviews, and value narratives 

  • Create visually compelling, executive-level presentations that communicate complex offerings with clarity and impact 

  • Develop and standardize visual frameworks, templates, and branded assets for reuse across GTM initiatives 

  • Design infographics, data visualizations, and storytelling elements that simplify complex content into persuasive narratives 

  • Support first-call decks, proactive pitches, and campaign materials aligned to defined GTM plays 

  • Lead the visual design strategy for collaterals and pursuits to ensure differentiation and consistency 

  • Collaborate with Pillar leads to translate win themes, client context, and solution narratives into engaging visuals 

  • Design high-quality layouts, structured storyboards, and visual hierarchies to improve readability and impact 

  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and client submission standards 

  • Enable faster turnaround by creating modular, reusable design assets and templates 

Executive Communication & Storytelling 

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop high-impact communication materials  

  • Design leadership presentations, dashboards, and strategic communication assets for large forums and decision-making  

  • Translate business insights, metrics, and program updates into clear visual narratives and dashboards 

  • Support enterprise initiatives through executive updates, milestone communications, and internal campaigns 

Design Operations & Quality Excellence 

  • Drive design consistency, quality, and scalability across all GTM and pursuit assets 

  • Manage multiple high-priority deliverables in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments 

  • Collaborate across distributed teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs 

  • Continuously improve design processes, asset libraries, and productivity accelerators 

Key Outcomes / KPIs 

  • Improved quality and impact of GTM and pursuit assets  

  • Increased reuse of standardized templates and visual frameworks

Qualifications 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication preferred 

  • Certifications in visual design, UX, or communication design – preferred 

Experience 

  • 15+ years of experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, and presentation design  

  • Strong exposure to GTM, presales, proposals, or enterprise communication environments  

  • Experience working with senior leadership and global stakeholders  

  • Exposure to industries such as IT services, consulting, healthcare, or enterprise services

  • Expertise in presentation design, infographics, and visual communication frameworks  

  • Strong ability to convert complex data into intuitive, compelling visuals  

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma  

  • Experience supporting proposal design, RFPs, and sales enablement assets  

  • Understanding of business communication, storytelling, and client engagement strategies 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
