We, at External Services (ES), the healthcare consulting and services arm of Providence India, help build technology solutions that modernize and simplify each step of the healthcare delivery process. And we do that by putting the patient and the provider at the center of everything we do. What will you be responsible for?

  • Workstation OS - Strong experience with the management and optimization of Windows 10. Familiarity with macOS is a plus.
  • Application Packaging - Experience in terms of building the applications as part of MSI, MST using Flexera Admin Studio or PSADT (PowerShell Deployment Toolkit). Having exposure on packaging applications using tools such as MS Intune will be an added advantage for this role.
  • Software distribution with System Center Configurations Manager (SCCM) & Intune.
  • Configure/schedule client laptop: Application security vulnerability.
  • Desktop Management Systems - Experience with building and managing desktop management infrastructure using tools such as MECM, MS Intune, Core Management, Autopilot, Azure.
  • Mobile Device Management Need experience in terms of managing mobile devices Android, Windows, Apple using varies management tools such as Intune, AirWatch etc.
  • Scripting - Strong scripting skills in VBScript, batch and PowerShell required, with advanced knowledge of PowerShell for management and automation a big plus. Should be comfortable performing tasks from the command line.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power automation and GraphAPI is a plus.

What would your day look like?

  • Administrating System Center Configurations Manager (SCCM)
  • Packaging software through Admin Studio and test deployments
  • Deploying security policies/software through Microsoft Intune
  • Configure/schedule client laptop security patching
  • Write scripts (PowerShell, VB, Batch)

 

Who are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years of experience in SCCM, Software Distribution, Image Management and Patch management.
  • Experience with SCCM, PowerShell scripting and Azure update management 
  • 1-3 years of experience with software packaging / Admin Studio / Microsoft Intune, PSADT, MAC Packaging.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems, demonstrate problem solving
  • Ability to effectively communicate and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in Agile/sprints in a global team setup

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IS
