Program Support & Coordination 

  • Support the delivery of the enterprise cybersecurity awareness program, including onboarding training, annual compliance training, and awareness campaigns. 

  • Upload, organize, and maintain content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and awareness platforms (e.g., KnowBe4, Proofpoint, or similar tools). 

  • Assist in coordinating awareness events such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month activities, lunch-and-learns, and internal communications. 

  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and Communications teams to ensure training content aligns with organizational policies and HIPAA requirements. 

Tracking & Reporting 

  • Track training completion rates, phishing simulation results, and knowledge assessment scores using provided tools and templates. 

  • Contribute to reports and dashboards that summarize program metrics for the awareness team and leadership. 

  • Stay informed about common cyber threats — especially those targeting healthcare — and proactively share relevant findings with the team. 

Collaboration & Learning 

  • Support senior team members in conducting workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions on cybersecurity best practices. 

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand caregiver needs and gather feedback on training effectiveness. 

  • Actively pursue learning in cybersecurity awareness trends, instructional design techniques, and healthcare security regulations.
