The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary ServiceNow Leader to lead and scale our ServiceNow Consulting business. This leader will be responsible for defining the practice strategy, driving revenue growth, building industry-specific solutions, leading large-scale transformation programs, and serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.

 

The role requires a blend of executive consulting, digital transformation leadership, business development, ServiceNow platform expertise, and practice-building capabilities. The successful candidate will establish a differentiated market position, foster strategic client relationships, and build a world-class consulting organization capable of delivering transformative business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilites

 

Practice Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for the ServiceNow Consulting Practice.
  • Build a market-leading consulting organization across advisory, implementation, transformation, and managed services.
  • Develop differentiated offerings, industry solutions, accelerators, and intellectual property.
  • Drive growth across existing accounts while expanding into new enterprise customers and markets.
  • Establish the ServiceNow practice as a strategic growth engine within the broader digital transformation portfolio.

 

ServiceNow Engineering Leadership

  • Define and execute the technology vision for the ServiceNow practice.
  • Build scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow platforms and solutions.
  • Establish engineering standards, architecture frameworks, reusable assets, and delivery accelerators.
  • Drive adoption of platform engineering principles across ServiceNow programs.
  • Lead modernization initiatives leveraging AI, automation, low-code/no-code, and workflow orchestration.

 

Leadership:

  • Attract, retain, and develop world class engineering talent in the organization
  • Promote and foster an organizational culture that is innovative, agile, flexible, and aligned to the mission and values of the organization
  • Identify and execute high priority strategies to meet the data and information needs of Providence executives and managers
  • Ensure data quality and security across the enterprise including external data
  • Experience in People leadership handling large teams, complex transformation and successful in building and growing teams
  • Manage performance with respect to budget, objectives, and customer expectations as required to meet operational, quality, and mission goals. 
  • Develop and provide guidance for negotiations with preferred information technology vendor contracts.  Manage key vendor and partner relationships.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelors/ Master’s Degree - computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 20 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, IT services, or enterprise technology leadership
  • 10+ years of experience leading ServiceNow consulting or transformation programs.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling consulting or professional services businesses.
