Role Summary

  • Entry-level role to support Providence IAM Engineering team in SailPoint IIQ development
  • Focus on learning, supporting execution, and assisting in identity lifecycle and access management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support configuration and maintenance of SailPoint IIQ components under guidance.
  • Assist in developing basic workflows, rules (BeanShell), forms, and tasks.
  • Participate in aggregation, provisioning, and identity refresh activities.
  • Monitor jobs and support incident/request handling for SailPoint issues.
  • Assist in Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) process execution.
  • Support application onboarding and access requests activities.
  • Help troubleshoot issues and perform basic analysis with senior guidance.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and update runbooks.
  • Collaborate with IAM Ops, Engineering, and Application teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in IAM / IT / Software Development.
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
    • Provisioning, access control, RBAC
  • Knowledge of:
    • Java / BeanShell (basic)
    • XML / REST APIs (basic exposure)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD concepts is a plus.
