Role Summary

  • Entry-level role supporting day-to-day IAM operations at Providence.
  • Focus on access management, ticket handling, and learning IAM processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle access requests, provisioning, and deprovisioning activities.
  • Support Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) operations as per defined processes.
  • Monitor and manage IAM tickets (incidents, service requests) via ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Perform user account management in systems like Active Directory / SailPoint.
  • Assist in access reviews and certification campaigns.
  • Support identity lifecycle processes and ensure timely access revocation.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to IAM policies, SLAs, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in IT / support / service desk / IAM operations.
  • Basic understanding of:
    • User access management and provisioning
    • IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, RBAC)
  • Familiarity with:
    • Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID)
    • Ticketing tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
  • Strong attention to detail and process adherence.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Exposure to IAM tools (SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.).
  • Understanding of JML processes and access lifecycle.
  • Awareness of compliance / audit requirements (SOC, ISO, HIPAA).
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
