We are looking for a Senior Learning Administrator on a yearly contract to play a pivotal role in driving the learning and development agenda across the organization. This role involves extensive interaction with internal stakeholders, caregivers and vendor partners during the learning cycle.

 

 

What will you be responsible for?

Key roles and responsibilities include;

  • Executive & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with pillars to assess organizational tech needs, identify tech skill gaps and provide suitable learning solutions.
  • Customer Service – Acts with the caregiver in mind, establishes and maintains effective relationships with CGs and HR counterparts to gain their trust and respect. Collects feedback, prepares program summaries, distils formal and informal feedback to improve learning programs.
  • Partners well with vendor partners, is familiar with full cycle of program procurement, communicates updates to stakeholders and work partners.
  • Data Analysis – Performs data analysis in the context of tracking budget, penetration of training, learning dashboards and full cycle learning program management
  • Time Management – Ability to prioritize tasks, finish deliverables on time, communicate
  • Proficient in standardized software and hardware applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates high ownership and Entrepreneurship – Takes initiative, focuses on customers and improves performance
  • Familiarity with LMS - Monitor, respond to, and solve LMS inquiries and other LMS administration related activities
  • Support campus programs and other large format programs/events

Who are we looking for?

  • 5-6 years of experience as learning administrator in GCCs and large corporates
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree. Relevant certifications in Data management/Learning and Development are a plus.
  • Experience in managing tight deadlines, coordinating activities, managing and escalating risks and issues.
  • Has excellent attention to detail. Must be a self-starter, highly driven, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in establishing effective learning and development governance and working closely with stakeholders to ensure value creation
  • The ability to work independently in a continuously developing environment.
