Finance team is the strategic partner to business leaders helping them achieve and sustain rapid growth through optimal allocation of financial resources.  

 

What will you be responsible for?

 

  • Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across Business units / Corp functions, incorporating cost simulations for various growth strategies while partnering with business and global stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Deliver monthly financial performance reports with insightful analysis, presenting key findings to business leaders and global finance partners, while remaining agile in addressing evolving business needs through ad‑hoc analytics.
  • Develop financial models for forecasting and scenario planning, performing what-if analysis to evaluate cost initiatives, and deliver actionable insights to support decision making.
  • Analyze financial and operational data and provide actionable insights on cost optimization and efficiency improvements.  
  • Ensure high-quality, accurate, and complete non-financial inputs driving financial projections.
  • Define and monitor key financial KPIs across FTE and non-FTE costs to drive efficiency, enhance visibility, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting, and analytics, while supporting automation initiatives and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of financial data.
  • Proactively identify gaps, drive solutions with the accounting team, and improve financial data accuracy through SOP creation and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams and business leaders to provide actionable insights and drive effective utilization of budgets.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • CA / CMA / MBA with specialization in Finance
  • 5–8 years of relevant FP&A experience in GCC, IT services, consulting, or multinational organizations.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in handling large datasets and business performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and presentation abilities.
  • Maturity to handle regional and global stakeholders across the hierarchy
