What will you be responsible for?

The Lead- HRBP serves as a strategic partner to senior core leaders(managers), providing expert guidance on people related matters. This role involves collaborating closely with business pillars to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational growth, caregiver engagement and retention, and operational excellence. They will serve as a consultant to management all HR relations issues, act as an employee champion and change agent. The Lead- HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates proactively, and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees. This position will have responsibilities ranging from strategic planning to tactical activities. This is an individual contributor role

 

Specifically, the incumbent will:

  • Analyze workforce trends and anticipate future needs to ensure effective workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Coach managers on various people related topics
  • Lead change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, process improvements, and culture initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify training and development needs across the organization and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver programs.
  • Facilitate succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior leadership, highlighting insights and opportunities for action.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Manage the budget and other financial measures of the HR department.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • 5-7 years’ experience range with a tech. product/ Healthcare experience
  • Preferably from business school with a postgraduate in human resources
  • Ability to be hands on and comfortable with ambiguity and strong communication skills.
  • Bring in innovation and action oriented.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives.
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively build a network of contacts at all levels within the HR function and in the community, both internally and externally
  • Strong program management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
