Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, and successfully closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive offer negotiations and ensure successful closures.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and share recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in corporate, consulting, technology, GCC, or staffing environments.
  • Proven experience handling mid-level to senior-level hiring mandates.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies.
  • Experience using ATS platforms like Success Factos , Workday and recruitment tools.
