  • Maintain IT asset inventory for hardware and conduct periodic reviews.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and key stakeholders/partners across the business to ensure consistency, clarity, and communication of processes.
  • Follow best practices for shipping/receiving for IT equipment’s.
  • Work on Identifying IT Asset cost optimization opportunities specially reduce, reuse, and recycle.
  • Should participate in requirement gathering, UAT for ServiceNow ITAM feature releases + enhancements, and bug fixes.

What would your week look like?

  • Conducts competitive bidding (RFI, RFQ, RFP), vendor negotiations, contracts and purchase order creation and management.
  • Identifies opportunities while, seeking potential cost savings / avoidance, value increase, customer service improvement, operational efficiencies, optimizations, and risk mitigation.
  • Enterprise Strategic Sourcing Support -Facilitates engagement with cross functional partners to define business requirements and ensure alignment with vendor strategy, timelines, and priorities.
  • Performs analysis on HAM process and work with ServiceNow developers to create workflows.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5-6 years working in a ServiceNow, specifically Discovery, CMDB and HAM modules.
  • Certifications related to hardware asset management (e.g., CHAMP, IAITAM, CMDB) are advantageous.
