How is this Team contributing to the Vision of Providence:

The Admin Tech (aka AT) team focuses on building application, services & platform for Providence spanning across various technical stacks and supporting multiple business process for both Clinical and Non-Clinical Services.

We are a group of passionate product managers, engineers, SREs focused on developing platform, services for transforming experience of Caregivers and enabling Caregivers to give better experience to patients.

What will you be responsible for?

The ideal candidate will oversee the department's data integration work, including developing a data model, maintaining a data warehouse and analytics environment, and writing scripts for data integration and analysis using. Candidate should be highly collaborative, capable of enabling partnership channel to create an effective onshore-offshore work model and have a strong drive for high quality and engineering excellence focus. Candidate should have a solid data driven background to be projected as technical SME to facilitate Engineering data process and orchestration.

  • Willingness to understand facilities Engineering Operational Processes
  • Adaptive to a start up reporting model for next 12 month
  • Self driven and innovative to identify and discover data patterns and relationships. Capable to establish and present views based on data relation.
  • Ability to deep dive data anomalies and reevaluate the analysis presented by Partner Analyst and operations leader. Continuous focus on analytical precision and appropriateness is the key for any situation.
  • Initiate and Build reports and data visualizations, and through continuous improvisation establish a matured PowerbI based reporting model to represent Operational KPIs
  • Produce scalable, replicable code and engineering solutions that help automate repetitive data management task
  • Implement and monitor best in class security measures in our data warehouse and analytics environment, with an eye towards the evolving threat landscape.
  • Ability to scale up on solving design problems, helping Manager and Senior Engineers in team
  • Code, Test, Deployment, Support of his/ her feature to be driven based on architecture parameters like Performance, Security, Reliability, Scalability and Configurability
  • Collaborate with rest of the team to drive decision making and roadmaps with focus on outcomes
  • Simplifying complex problems/ systems and excellent debugging skills
  • Practice Reusing/ Sharing the code across different components

What would your day look like?

  • Closely work with team on the delivery, roadmap execution while continuously looking to evolve the Engineering Operation Process
  • Partner with Engineering Manager, Data Analyst Operational Leaders to build the roadmap for the engineering data facilities
  • Partner with Service Engineering and Product Management team for Quality of Service
  • Partner with Global Engineering teams on shared goals and focus on the outcomes with a collaborative mindset
  • Own the technical choices and decisions for the product
  • Be available to collaborate with US Team until 11 am (rarely noon) US PST time zone

Who are we looking for?

  • 8-10 years of experience in technical roles, solid shipping experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Solid data background based upon SQL stack
  • Fluent in Azure stack – Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, ADF, Power BI, Data Modelling, Visualizations, Machine Learning
  • Good exposure and understanding on DEVOPS
  • BS/BTECH or MS/MTECH in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Good to have ETL exposure and understanding on Service Now knowledge, experience in Service Delivery industry, knowledge of Real Estate Maintenance operations
