 Ayin Health Solutions is a population health management team that supports provider-sponsored health plans and risk-bearing entities with control over benefits, contracts, care management, and population health. They offer flexibility in contracting and payment options for healthcare providers.

The Ayin Health team focuses on creating/migrating platform, services, products for Ayin Health Solutions and provides opportunities in Application development, Data Engineering, Reporting & Analytics.

 What will you be responsible for?

The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills in full stack development, work on vision and roadmap of a product. Candidate should be adept at applying his/ her experience with a focus on problem solving and building an E2E system. Candidate should be highly collaborative and have a strong drive for high quality and engineering excellence focus. 

  • Lead Components/ Modules in an E2E system with full ownership and focus on quality, schedule, and engineering excellence.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for healthcare data.
  • Optimize data infrastructure and architecture to support data analytics and reporting needs.
  • Utilize advanced statistical and analytical methods to interpret complex healthcare data sets.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and healthcare outcomes.
  • Ability to scale up on solving design problems, helping Manager and Senior Engineers in team
  • Code, Test, Deployment, Support of his/ her feature to be driven based on architecture parameters like Performance, Security, Reliability, Scalability and Configurability
  • Collaborate with rest of the team to drive decision making and roadmaps with focus on outcomes
  • Simplifying complex problems/ systems and excellent debugging skills
  • Practice Reusing/ Sharing the code across different components

 What would your day look like?

  • Closely work with team on the delivery, roadmap execution while continuously looking to evolve the product.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data management and analysis practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders (clinical, operational, and executive teams) to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of healthcare data through data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate disparate healthcare data sources and ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Partner with Global Engineering teams on shared goals and focus on the outcomes with a collaborative mindset
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends effectively to stakeholders.
  • Use data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Own the technical choices and decisions for the product

Who are we looking for?

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in healthcare data analysis and data engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in AWS Stack, SQL, Python, R3 Services, Airflow and PostgreSQL, or other programming languages used for data manipulation and analysis
  • Familiarity in Data Bricks, ETL tools like SSIS or ADF, Redshift, Data Modelling and Visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Experience with US healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
