How is this team contributing to the vision of Providence?

 

As a Senior Program Manager in the Admin Technologies team, you will have the opportunity to significantly change our caregiver (doctors, nurses, etc.) experiences. You will own and drive modern Information services in areas such as Human Resources, Compensation Benefits, virtual workplaces, etc. on modern Cloud based Infrastructure. Building efficiencies for our caregivers to effectively serve our caretakers (patients) is critical and data Insights/visualization helps us gain such insights. Program Managers would own the all up functionality of the products and services as well as create a prioritize backlog of features for engineers. An ideal candidate will have strong intellectual curiosity along with an optimistic outlook towards challenges. 

 

What will you be responsible for?

 

  • Gathering and prioritizing Requirements for a portfolio of apps supporting HR , Compliance, Real estate and Hospitality Services etc
  • Performing necessary Market Research for solutioning high value and impactful scenarios
  • Building deep partnerships across multiple internal business teams, 3rd party platform teams, application teams
  • Maintaining a healthy backlog of futuristic product features
  • Defining impactful features and deliver them by working with Engineering team-members
  • Displaying agile mindset and applying that to delivering products at appropriate milestones
  • Constantly monitoring usage and adoption of product features to introduce relevant feature upgrades.
  • Engaging with the key stakeholders and influencing decisions related product goals, features and priorities.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Mathematics or IT technical discipline and 7+ years of equivalent industry experience
  • Excellent program management skills in building enterprise technical solutions for HR applications/platforms
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leading without authority skills 
  • Excellent Executive presence 
  • Excellent ability to design, prioritize, plan, and track large scale products 
  • Broad, high-level understanding of system design. 
  • Basic understanding of data science (AI, ML, NLP), big-data concepts, distributed systems on-premises and on cloud.  
  • Professional program management or product management or related experience is a plus
  • Background in US or any other Healthcare system is a plus.
