Job Title: Lead Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary The Lead Engineering Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Analytics PMO by coordinating key project activities, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders. This role ensures that project deliverables are meticulously organized, tracked, and executed in a timely manner according to Marketing Analytics PMO standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting Coordination

  • Support Senior Managers, Project Managers, and Program Managers with project meetings and technical sessions.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and organize necessary documentation for efficient discussions.

Administrative Support

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Ensure items in ADO are appropriately created, linked, categorized, assigned, and scheduled.
  • Follow up on past due items in ADO and sequence items in the ADO backlog.
  • Perform regular audits to maintain the integrity of the ADO backlog.
  • Provide access and training to onboard new team members to ADO.
  • Maintain ADO reports and standards documentation.

Release Management Support

  • Collaborate with Senior Managers, Project Managers, and Program Managers to coordinate and schedule deployments.
  • Set up and maintain Iterations/Sprints in ADO to support ongoing operations and deliverables.

Operational Support

  • Assist Senior Managers in tracking the projects (break/fix, maintenance) and small incremental enhancements (< 2 weeks) for Production Analytics.
  • Coordinate and track action items in weekly sessions with the Marketing Platform and Engineering team.

Project Planning Support

  • Assist in the initiation and planning of initiatives with Senior Managers, Project Managers, and Program Managers.
  • Create essential project documents, including project charters, project plans, timelines, status reports, RACI, and RAID logs.

Project Management Support

  • Support the execution of initiatives by updating project plans, schedules, requirements, and RAID logs.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, decisions, and change requests, escalating critical items and assisting in resolution tracking.

Project Reporting Support

  • Assist with ongoing status reports, collecting and composing regular updates on project progress, risk areas, and milestones.

Requirements

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
  • In-depth understanding of project management frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Experience in a similar role within the marketing analytics or technology sector is a plus.
