How is this team contributing to vision of Providence?

Providence India is in a phase of a fast-paced growth and Human Resources continues to be its soul building unit as the organization evolves. We are looking for a capable candidate to partner in building and growing a health tech. major with a clear purpose to make health a better world. The incumbent will contribute at hands-on and strategic levels, on various HR matters. The candidate will need to collaborate with other HR employees and partner with them in projects across the firm.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Drive HRBP activities for a growing set of businesses with focus on processes like performance management, compensation, drive organization building , engagement, and partner in the people strategy of the business
  • Partner with all HR stakeholders and CoEs to collate data insights, work on cross functional projects, partner on organization level people initiatives
  • Navigate through employee concerns, bring in futuristic HR best practices based on changing talent landscape
  • Provide consultation and guidance to business groups to enable implementation of key HC interventions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and be the primary point of contact to caregivers
  • Assess training needs and partner with L&D team to deliver on these requirements
  • Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve organization goals
  • Support senior manager HRBP in driving HR initiatives across pillars

What would your week look like?

  • Engagement with Stakeholders to partner on talent strategy for business unit
  • Connecting with Caregivers to understand / support / clarify any concerns.
  • Participate and support in organization wide projects.
  • Analyzing key trends using talent analytics for talent outcomes
  • Working closely with the HR team and manager in planned / ad-hoc tasks supporting the needs of the organization.
  • Coaching managers and Leaders in business group

Who we are looking for?

  • 6 to 10 years’ experience range with a technology business experience
  • Preferably from top tier business school with a postgraduate in HRM
  • Candidate should be well-versed in most of the Human Capital functional areas
  • Ability to be hands on and comfortable with ambiguity and strong communication skills and Bring in innovation and action oriented
  • The candidate should exhibit multitasking and anticipatory thinking abilities
  • The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
