Lead Performance Engineer
Profile Background
The SysTrack Automation Engineer will develop, and support automation initiatives focused on end-user device management, leveraging SysTrack (or similar), Intune, and Windows client technologies. This role involves developing and maintaining automation solutions with help to improve visibility, efficiency, and compliance in endpoint operations. The engineer will work closely with global team to implement and optimize automation solutions across the enterprise environment.
What will you be responsible for?
- build, and maintain SysTrack automation workflows for proactive monitoring, data collection, and remediation across end-user devices.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation modules to streamline endpoint management tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with device management, security, and platform teams to automate processes related to Intune, GPO, and Windows client configuration.
- Help in maintaining dashboards and reports using SysTrack analytics for device health, performance, and compliance tracking.
- Automate endpoint diagnostics and policy deployment, SysTrack and Intune APIs.
- Troubleshoot Windows client-side performance, application, and connectivity issues.
- Identify repetitive operational tasks and convert them into standardized automation modules. .
- Participate in testing and evaluation of new endpoint management tools and frameworks.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in Windows client support, automation, and end-user device management.
- Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting—capable of building complex, modular automation and diagnostic scripts.
- Hands-on experience with SysTrack (or similar)— including data analysis, and automation of insights/remediation workflows.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune or GPO (Endpoint Manager), including policy creation, app deployment, and compliance management.
- Proven experience in Windows client troubleshooting, including registry, event logs, services, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with API integrations, task scheduling, and data-driven automation.
- Ability to document automation processes, create SOPs, Runbooks, and maintain version control for scripts.
- Ownership mindset — proactive in identifying improvement areas and driving automation to enhance user experience and system reliability.
- Nice to have: Experience with Qualys, Azure Automation, or Endpoint Analytics.
