Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Consultant with 8–9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing proposals, managing presales collaterals, and leveraging CRM tools for lead and opportunity management. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a proactive approach to supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Proposal Development:
o    Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
o    Tailor proposal content to align with client requirements and company offerings.
•    Collateral Management:
o    Develop and maintain presales assets such as case studies, capability decks, solution documents, and product brochures.
o    Ensure all collaterals are up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
•    Lead & Opportunity Management:
o    Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage leads, opportunities, and presales activities.
o    Track and report on presales pipeline metrics, follow-ups, and closure timelines.
•    Cross-functional Coordination:
o    Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, delivery, and product teams to gather inputs and align on proposal content.
o    Facilitate review and approval processes for proposals and customer-facing documents.
•    Client Interactions:
o    Participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and support discovery processes.
o    Deliver product demonstrations and presentations where required.
•    Documentation & Communication:
o    Create compelling, concise, and grammatically sound documents and presentations.
o    Ensure clarity, structure, and persuasiveness in all written communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
•    8–9 years of experience in presales, bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role.
•    Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•    Strong organizational and time management abilities.
•    Attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience working in IT services, SaaS, or technology-based organizations.
•    Exposure to tools like MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, or proposal management platforms.
•    Understanding of sales processes and customer buying behavior.
