About CRCA:
Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications is the pillar that focuses on end-to-end management enterprise level Clinical Applications within Providence including but not limited to production and technical support to end users, custom tool development, upgrade and implementation projects, application portfolio and lifecycle management, reporting etc.
About the role:
The Sr Software engineer is responsible for keeping enterprise-wide applications work efficiently and align with the architecture and business models to achieve optimal solutions for Providence and its customers.
The Engineer is also responsible for troubleshooting, implementing, and maintaining documentation; developing and maintaining communication standards and guidelines; planning and implement automation, following agile best practices.
Skills & Competencies

Should have hands on experience on RPA tools such as UIPath.

Have a proven track record of building test automations for enterprise grade applications.

Should have automation first approach / mindset. Understand the existing applications space in CRCA and identify opportunities to build / automate workflows.

Should have good knowledge of automating repeatable workflows using RPA tools such as UIPath/ PowerShell or selenium.

Good understanding of Windows platform overall and troubleshooting techniques.

Basic experience (and certification) in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).

Hands on experience in SQL query writing and performance tuning.

Ability to build reports using Power BI, ServiceNow or any other reporting tool.

Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscapes and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.

Effective communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence.

Work on improvising the existing reporting mechanisms and focus on areas for automation.

Work closely with SMEs to understand the Application Architecture and workflow (Upstream and Downstream).

Understands and translates the business needs into system configuration and workflow validations.

Hands on with Agile methodologies.

Hands-on experience of managing and troubleshooting large enterprise level clinical or revenue cycle applications is a must have.

Preferred : Experience in Healthcare domain

5-7 years of experience in related fields
Qualification:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field education/experience.
