Roles and Responsibilities

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of healthcare applications. You will drive test automation initiatives, define testing strategies, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.

We are seeking an experienced SDET with a strong background in automation testing and quality engineering practices. The ideal candidate will help lead quality initiatives and ensure effective testing across healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience in test automation using Playwright (preferred) or Selenium.
  • Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with API, UI, and end-to-end test automation.
  • Exposure to performance testing is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-powered testing tools is preferred.
  • Stay current with emerging testing tools, technologies, and quality engineering best practices.

Quality & Collaboration

  • Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites.
  • Define and document testing strategies aligned with business and engineering objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Identify quality risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Communication

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
