How is this team contributing to vision of Providence?

The Integration & Cloud Infrastructure team plays a critical role in enabling Providence’s vision of delivering seamless, secure, and connected healthcare experiences. By ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of our integration platforms—particularly Corepoint—the team ensures clinical data flows efficiently across systems, supports caregivers with timely insights, and enhances patient care outcomes.
This team accelerates cloud modernization, strengthens interoperability, and lays the technical foundation for scalable, next-generation digital healthcare solutions.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Manage and maintain cloud and on-prem infrastructure supporting the Corepoint Integration Engine.
  • Perform installation, upgrades, monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning for integration environments.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, integration errors, and platform performance bottlenecks.
  • Configure and optimize Azure resources and participate in automation, CI/CD, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure uptime, security, compliance, and reliability through proactive monitoring and DR/BCP readiness.
  • Collaborate with engineering, platform, and interface development teams to support high-quality delivery.

What would your week look like?

  • Overseeing daily health checks, alerts, and operational tasks across cloud/on-prem environments.
  • Supporting production deployments, environment readiness, and on-call KTLO activities.
  • Working with global teams during Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros).
  • Troubleshooting issues, tuning performance, and implementing infrastructure improvements.
  • Contributing to automation, documentation, runbooks, and reporting enhancements.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to review requirements, share updates, and plan upcoming work.

Who are we looking for?

  • A cloud/infrastructure professional with 5–7 years of experience in Azure administration; Exposure to integration engines (Corepoint preferred; Rhapsody/Mirth/Ensemble a plus)..
  • Strong hands-on skills in automation, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), system monitoring, and infrastructure reliability.
  • Solid understanding of Windows/Linux administration, networking fundamentals, HL7/FHIR basics, and cloud security practices.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can work independently, drive operational excellence, and handle on-call/KTLO responsibilities.
  • A strong collaborator with excellent communication skills, able to work with global, cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • B.Tech in Engineering with a commitment to continuous learning, certification, and upskilling.
