Organization Background:

The Technology Engineering and Ops team provides foundational infrastructure of Cloud Services, Network Connectivity, Data Center Hosting, Voice, Collaboration Applications, and End User Computing enables our caregivers, patients, physicians, and Community Technology partners to achieve our mission. We drive Cloud migrations, Network modernization and infra modernization across the company.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Lead end-to-end application packaging strategy using MSIX, MSI, App-V, and modern deployment models
  • Design and implement automation frameworks using PowerShell and Python
  • Architect application deployment solutions for Intune, MECM, and Azure-based environments
  • Drive migration from legacy packaging to MSIX and modern application management
  • Integrate application packaging into CI/CD pipelines
  • Mentor junior engineers and review packaging standards
  • Ensure compliance with security, patching, and vulnerability management requirements
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement secure application delivery
  • Support cloud, hybrid, and VDI environments
  • Perform root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Application Packaging and Deployment
  • Expert-level PowerShell scripting and strong Python automation skills
  • Deep knowledge of MSIX architecture, App Attach, and containerized applications
  • Extensive experience with Intune, MECM (SCCM), and Azure AD
  • Strong understanding of Windows internals and application compatibility
  • Experience implementing DevOps practices for packaging and deployment
  • Proven experience in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or VMware Horizon
  • Knowledge of Endpoint Security, Defender, and vulnerability tools
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
  • Certifications (nice to have):
  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator
  • Azure Fundamentals
  • ITIL
  • Having Chocolatey or nugget packaging added advantage.
