Organization background

Ensure a continual and seamless service for customers regardless of which services they access. We are group of service engineers focus on deploying and maintaining Applications. We Focus on supporting platform, services, products for the 119K Caregivers (employees). We focus on driving Service Maturity/ Quality of Service, Reporting & Analytics, 3rd Party SaaS products integrations and services for transforming experience of Caregivers and enabling Caregivers to give better experience to patients.

 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Primarily responsible for architecture review with software and security teams, building CI/CD pipelines for deployments, managing Infrastructure components like Compute, Storage and Databases across applications.
  • Enabling monitoring, driving resiliency, performance, high availability, and reliability
  • Support critical services, debug incidents and mitigate customer impact.
  • Analyze trends to identify patterns/top incident drivers and root cause analysis
  • Identify service improvements, automate, and design tools that will streamline the service to improve end-user experiences and lower operating costs

 

What would your day look like?

  • You will have the opportunity and exposure to work with Software Engineering, Security Architects and Product Management team for Quality of Service for mission critical applications.
  • Ensure production solutions are reliable, resilient, secure, and effective and that implemented solutions are continuously monitored and documented.
  • Actively take part in disaster recovery drills and in improving methods
  • Participate as needed in incident response management including during non-working hours for business continuity

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong scripting and coding skills including one or more of the following:   PowerShell DSC/ Python or   programming languages such as C#
  • Knowledge in administration, installation and debugging App services, SQL Server, ADF, Azure DevOps, Azure Fundamentals
  • Ability to write simple to complex SQL queries, with knowledge of RDBMS concepts
  • Effective verbal/written communication, ability to articulate effectively
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscapes and acquire new skills with technology advancement
