We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to design, implement, automate, and support enterprise-scale cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud networking, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitHub/GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes. This role will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and automated platform services while improving operational efficiency through automation and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure following enterprise architecture and security standards.
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Support and enhance Azure landing zones, cloud governance, networking, and platform services.
  • Deploy, administer, and optimize Kubernetes platforms (AKS preferred).
  • Implement cloud networking solutions, including VNets, subnets, routing, firewalls, NSGs, private endpoints, load balancers, and DNS.
  • Automate operational tasks and platform provisioning processes.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to enable secure and scalable deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform, networking, and deployment issues.
  • Contribute to platform reliability, availability, performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Document platform standards, automation frameworks, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Strong understanding of Azure networking concepts and enterprise network architecture.
  • Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub, Git workflows, and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience supporting or administering Kubernetes environments (AKS preferred).
  • Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and operational best practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, networking, and cloud platform issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. These qualifications are consistent with requirements  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Ansible automation.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Helm, Docker, or containerized platforms.
  • Knowledge of observability and monitoring solutions.
  • Experience with Zero Trust networking and security architectures.
  • Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or related certifications.
