Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer (Platform Integrations, ITAM & ITOM)
Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 6 to 12 years of experience. You will design, develop, and implement solutions across Platform Integrations, ITAM (HAM Pro & SAM Pro), and ITOM. You will ensure seamless data flow, optimize asset lifecycles, and automate infrastructure operations. 
Key Responsibilities
Platform Integrations
Design APIs: Build secure REST/SOAP web services.
Build Connectors: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise tools.
Manage Data: Implement robust Integration Hub spokes and Data Streams.
Transform Data: Create advanced transform maps and robust import sets. 
IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Deploy HAM Pro: Configure hardware asset lifecycles and models.
Deploy SAM Pro: Manage software licenses, compliance, and counters.
Reclaim Assets: Automate software reclamation and hardware disposal workflows.
Track Inventory: Integrate stockrooms, purchase orders, and asset tracking. 
IT Operations Management (ITOM)
Configure Discovery: Set up schedules, behaviors, and credentials.
Map Services: Create top-down maps using Service Mapping.
Manage CMDB: Maintain CI relationships and health dashboards.
Handle Events: Configure Event Management rules and alerts. 
Required Technical Skills
ServiceNow Core: Custom applications, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts.
ITAM Modules: HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Content Library, Software Asset Workspace.
ITOM Modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Pattern Designer.
Integration Protocols: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, JDBC, Mid Server architecture.
Scripting Languages: JavaScript, Glide API, PowerShell, Unix Shell scripting. 
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 6 to 12 years in ServiceNow development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.
Advanced Certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.
Implementation Certifications: CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, or CIS-Discovery is a plus
