Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, Employee Center Pro, SOW (Service Operations Workspace), and HRSD modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The candidate must possess strong development capabilities, platform customization skills, integration experience, and the ability to deliver enterprise-level solutions on the ServiceNow platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Design and enhance Employee Center Pro portal experiences using UI Builder and Service Portal technologies.
  • Configure and customize SOW (Service Operations Workspace) functionalities.
  • Develop and support HRSD solutions including HR Case Management and Employee Workflows.
  • Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Participate in platform upgrades, release management, and instance maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and provide optimization recommendations.

Required Skills

  • 6–10 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • ITSM
    • Employee Center Pro
    • SOW (Service Operations Workspace)
    • HRSD
  • Strong experience with:
    • JavaScript
    • Glide APIs
    • Flow Designer
    • IntegrationHub
    • UI Builder
    • Service Portal
  • Experience in REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow data model.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • HRSD / ITSM Implementation certifications – Added advantage

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end deliverables.
  • Good team collaboration and problem-solving mindset.
