What will you be responsible for?

 

  • Collaborate with other personnel across the life cycle of a project to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain SQL & .NET web solutions.
  • Lead software development projects from idea to implementation.
  • Document solutions from both an end-user and technical perspective.
  • Maintain existing applications following approved project-management processes.
  • Understand solution architecture and design system elements such as classes, components, and modules to meet functional requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the system, write technical specifications, mentor development team, and enforce coding standards.
  • Contribute to change control policies, software builds, deployment strategies, code reviews and software recommendations.
  • Create integrations between core 3rd-party applications and custom applications, where needed.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production defects; implement resolutions for root causes.

 

What would your Work day look like?

 

The position is responsible for the design and analysis of web-based systems, including the development, support and optimization of solutions using SQL, C#, ASP.NET and CMS leveraging Azure capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background with successful implementations of web technologies that have driven business objectives on complex projects from start to finish.

 Who are we looking for?

 

  • BS or MS Equivalent academic qualification.
  • Required Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
    • 6+ years’ experience in designing and developing web-based software solutions using Microsoft technologies and SQL Server or equivalent relational database as Backend.
    • Experience designing and developing in SharePoint or equivalent CMS systems.
    • Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles, web development best practices, database design and SQL queries
    • Familiarity with common web frameworks and libraries such as jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular or React
    • Experience working with an Enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint, Sitecore, Drupal) is a plus.
    • Experience working with EPIC EHR System APIs/ EPIC Certification is a plus but not necessary.
    • Ability to design, implement and manage cloud-based solutions using Azure Cloud services such as App Services, Functions, Storage, SQL Database etc.
    • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed.

 

  • Preferred Skills: Azure Hosting & Deployment Experience, Usability & Accessibility standards, Exposure to Media tools, Design Patterns & Exposure to Architecture
