What will you be responsible for?

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
  • Design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of software systems.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

 

What would your day look like?

  • Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Implement features and fix bugs using C#, .NET, and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster their development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Lead Developer with expertise in C#, .NET Core, Web API, and Microservices development.
  • Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases like SQL, No SQL, with hands-on experience in database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in Entity Framework Core (EF Core) for data access and ORM.
  • Experience in writing and executing unit tests using Xunit, NUnit, or similar testing frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of integration testing concepts and experience in conducting integration tests.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services and fundamentals, including but not limited to Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
