What will you be responsible for?

As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Development team, you will:

  • Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Dev Leads to deliver robust solutions.
  • Meet commitments and deadlines while effectively communicating status and risks to all stakeholders.
  • Promote reusing and sharing code across different components by simplifying complex problems and systems.
  • Demonstrate accountability for the quality and completeness of entire solutions and the resulting caregiver experience.

What would your week look like?

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications.
  • Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
  • Writing, testing, and reviewing code for both front-end and back-end components.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
  • Engaging in continuous learning and knowledge sharing with the team.
  • Providing input and feedback on improving development processes and practices.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience: 6+ years in technical roles, hands-on, results-oriented professional.
  • Front-end: 3+ years with React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Back-end: Expert in Python (3+ years) and .NET C# (2+ years).
  • AI/ML: Preferred experience with AI/ML and LLMs like OpenAI.
  • Cloud: Experience with Azure services.
  • Development: Experience with web, batch, data-driven, and cloud applications.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills with distributed teams.
  • Source Control: Experience with Git workflows.
  • Mindset: Ownership mentality with a start-up mindset.

Key Educational Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive learning approach.
