We, at External Services, the healthcare consulting and services arm of Providence India, help build technology solutions that modernize and simplify each step of the healthcare delivery process. And we do that by putting the patient and the provider at the center of everything we do.  What will you be responsible for?

As part of the development team and as a Salesforce Lead, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and drive the delivery of high-profile business solutions. In addition, you would: 

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, triggers, asynchronous Apex, and batch jobs. 
  • Perform API integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems. 
  • Configure Salesforce components such as flows, email integrations, roles, sharing rules, and security models. 
  • Implement and manage Salesforce licensing models and ensure compliance with organizational requirements. 
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions in Service Cloud
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Ensure the Salesforce applications are aligned with best practices, security standards, and organizational goals. 
  • Provide thought leadership in solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and high availability of Salesforce applications. 

Who are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and leading teams. 
  • Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, triggers, and asynchronous Apex (batch jobs, future methods, queueable classes). 
  • Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.). 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration: flows, email integrations, roles, sharing rules, and security models. 
  • Proven experience working with Service Cloud. 
  • Experience using FormAssembly is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools like GitHub, GearSet, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers and administrators. 
  • Strong expertise in deployment processes and implementing scalable, secure Salesforce applications. 
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II are highly desirable. 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies are highly desirable.
