What will you be responsible for?

 

  • Develop solutions and observability frameworks to improve the clinical observability platform
  • Deliver robust data pipelines and unified alerting features
  • Work with Devops Team for continuous integration and deployment pipelines
  • Oversee engineering processes, manage risks and dependencies, and integrate software into larger systems and solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies for alignment and timely delivery
  • Implement automated tests to ensure reliability and performance
  • Write scalable code to simplify systems and boost performance

 

What would your day look like?

 

  • Understand business and feature requirements.
  • Create design and architecture documents along with principal engineer and architects.
  • Work in Agile mode and work on assigned user stories
  • Code and develop features and fix bugs as identified.
  • Integrate with backend services and ensure data is handled well.
  • Actively involved in securing the app and looking at securing the service calls.
  • Develop unit tests, ensure code quality and coverage, and conduct peer reviews.
  • Ensure code is always checked in and ensure source control standards are followed.
  • Design and build telemetry data pipeline and persona-based UI aligned with business requirement.

 

Who We’re Looking For?

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Programming Languages
  • Proficient with programming languages like python, .Net, etc
  • Proficient in Data Structures & Algorithms
  • Proficient in designing and developing APIs and SDKs for observability integrations
  • Proficient in structured, configuration, and graph database modeling and design
  • Understanding of distributed tracing and service Mesh technology
  • Knowledge in ETL or ELT process and data analytics platform like Databricks, synapse
  •  Proficient in designing scalable, event driven and resilient systems like new relic with a strong observability focus
  • Knowledge in building dynamic, no-code/low code dashboards tailored to metrics and KPIs
  • Experience in developing microservices and also knowledge in microservices architecture.
  • Proficient with React or Angular front-end technologies.
  • Experience with load testing and unit testing tools.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and code standard.
  • Proficient understanding of source control and code versioning tools such as GIT.
