Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Administrator with deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform governance, administration, and Copilot Studio development. This role will be responsible for managing and securing the Power Platform environment, enforcing governance and compliance, and enabling scalable, efficient development practices. The administrator will oversee day-to-day platform operations, solution lifecycle management, and foster responsible low-code/no-code adoption across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

Governance & Compliance

  • Define, implement, and maintain Power Platform governance policies (e.g., DLP policies, environment strategy, naming conventions, security roles).
  • Monitor and audit platform usage, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).
  • Establish and manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes for Power Platform solutions.

Platform Administration

  • Manage Power Platform environments, connectors, gateways, and licenses using the Power Platform Admin Center and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Administer security roles, permissions, and data policies in line with IT security standards.
  • Development skills using PowerShell, Python and JSON.
  • Automate monitoring and alerting capacity, adoption, and anomalous activity.
  • Provide administration and governance support for Copilot Studio, ensuring secure AI-driven app and chatbot development.

Operational Management

  • Oversee integration of Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), and Azure services.
  • Partner with Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to ensure stable and secure platform operations.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for monitoring usage, adoption, and performance metrics.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and continuity strategies for mission-critical apps and flows.

Support & Enablement

  • Provide Level 3 support for Power Platform incidents, escalations, and service requests.
  • Collaborate with citizen developers, app makers, and the Center of Excellence (CoE) to enforce best practices and responsible usage.
  • Conduct governance reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training for stakeholders to increase adoption.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 administration and its integration with Power Platform.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in Power Platform administration and governance.
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 administration and integration with Power Platform.
  • Proven experience in Power Platform governance (environment strategy, DLP policies, security roles, compliance).
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio administration and governance.
  • Proficiency in managing Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI service administration.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, APIs, and automation for admin tasks.
  • Knowledge of ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for Power Platform.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certifications:
    • PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
    • PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
    • PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant
    • MB-910/MB-920: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
  • Experience in regulated industries with strong compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI Builder and advanced analytics capabilities within Power Platform.
