Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in building and managing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Dataverse, including data modeling and access management, and proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot agent development. Knowledge of Pipelines for ALM and CI/CD is a plus. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient business applications while adhering to best practices and governance standards.


Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

  • Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and automate workflows with Power Automate.
  • Build and configure Copilot agents to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Implement robust data models and manage security roles and permissions within Dataverse.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure services.

Dataverse Management

  • Configure and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules.
  • Manage access control, security roles, and data policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Application Lifecycle Management

  • Utilize Pipelines for solution deployment and implement ALM best practices.
  • Collaborate with administrators to ensure smooth environment transitions and version control.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Work closely with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and citizen developers to enforce development standards.
  • Follow governance guidelines for naming conventions, environment strategy, and DLP policies.

Performance & Optimization

  • Optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues across Power Platform components.
  • Ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions through modular design and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of IT experience, 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development, including:
    • Dataverse (data modeling, access management)
    • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
    • Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of security roles, permissions, and data policies in Dataverse.
  • Familiarity with ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for Power Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certifications:
    • PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
    • PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant
  • Experience with Power BI integration and reporting.
  • Knowledge of AI Builder and advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Exposure to regulated environments with compliance requirements.
