 What will you be responsible for?

The primary focus of the UI/UX Designer role will be on how we conceptualize and develop simple, intuitive, engaging experiences for Customers. In this role, the designer will work with a small, passionate team to define, and design detailed visual design framework, innovating new and easier ways to guide and delight the business.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the latest design concepts and emerging trends in user-centered visual design. Explore and experiment with new template concepts and visual styles to keep the catalog fresh and unique. Curate and manage design assets such as fonts, images, illustrations, and color palettes.
• Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
• Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Working with backend developers/Front End developers/ Product Owners/ Product mangers to ensure all elements are consistent and as per the requirements.
• Create personas through user research and data
• Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and create a report showcasing your findings
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Ensuring that the web design is compatible with mobile phones and tablets.
• Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.
• Engage and solicit customer and stakeholder feedback to validate priorities and compromises.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

Who are we looking for?

• 7-10 years of UX/UI experience, must be hands-on results/delivery-oriented professional with proven ability to collaborate with high caliber engineering teams 
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, AdobeXD, Miro, Mural etc.
• Understand and design by the aesthetics of WCAG guidelines
• Strong communication and cross group collaboration skills, with experience working with geographically distributed teams across organizational boundaries
