What will you be responsible for?

We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Engineer with 6-9 years of experience to lead our design and development efforts to create user-centric digital experiences. As a Lead UI/UX Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to ensure seamless, intuitive, and innovative user interfaces. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, front-end technologies, and a deep understanding of design systems and principles.

Who are we looking for?

 Required Skills:

6-9 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience building mobile-first interfaces.

Solid knowledge of design systems, UX/UI patterns, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing feedback into actionable design improvements.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion design, animations, and creating engaging micro-interactions.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and creating inclusive designs.

Knowledge of tools like InVision, Zeplin, or Marvel App for prototyping and design handoffs.

Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
