Organization Background:

The Technology Engineering and Ops team provides foundational infrastructure of Cloud Services, Network Connectivity, Data Center Hosting, Voice, Collaboration Applications, and End User Computing enables our caregivers, patients, physicians, and Community Technology partners to achieve our mission. We drive Cloud migrations, Network modernization and infra modernization across the company

What will you be responsible for?

  • Work with the Product Owners, Stakeholders and Engineering teams to create compelling user experience.
  • Creating Application designs, Wireframes and Prototypes using wireframing tools such as Figma, Invision or Adobe XD.

What would your day look like?

  • Primarily responsible for creating the user experience and user interface based on the user needs.
  • Create intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly designs.
  • Developing personas and usage scenarios through user research, interviews, surveys, and data
  • Create user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Work with Product Owners, Stakeholders and Engineering teams to understand the end-to-end requirements and product specifications.
  • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.

Who are we looking for?

  • Must have 5-7 years of extensive UX design experience in both web and mobile platforms.
  • Expertise in standard UX software Figma, Invision or Adobe XD. Basic HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Must have strong creative and innovative design and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions.
  • Should have experience in leading end-to-end UX design process, starting from requirement gathering till the delivery of the wireframes and CSS/ HTLM design to developers
  • Extensive experience in interacting with Customers/ Stakeholders and requirement gathering
  • Hands-on experience in ADO and Agile.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A team player but can work independently and be a self-starter
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Design or similar
