We, at Enterprise Services, the healthcare consulting and services arm of Providence India, help build technology solutions that modernize and simplify each step of the healthcare delivery process. And we do that by putting the patient and the provider at the center of everything we do. What will you be responsible for?

  • Conducting user research and testing
  • Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
  • Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
  • Working with backend developers, graphic designers, product mangers to ensure all elements are consistent and as per the requirements.
  • Having excellent interpersonal skills and excellent communication to clearly collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Create personas through user research and data
  • Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and create a report showcasing your findings
  • Create personas through user research and data
  • Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
  • Ensuring that the web design is compatible with mobile phones and tablets.
  • Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management
  • Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.

What would your day look like?

  • Understand business and feature requirements.
  • Create design documents and architecture documents along with Product and Engineering.
  • Consulting with clients to understand their goals
  • Sharing user research results to internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing personas and usage scenarios
  • Work in Agile mode and work on assigned user stories.

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree of computer science is preferred
  • Demonstrate UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of UI Design principles and accessibility guidelines.
  • Proficiency with HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, JQuery.
  • Proficiency with client-side scripting libraries like React is a big plus.
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience in responsive and adaptive design.
  • Up to date with the latest UI Trend, techniques and technologies.
  • Familiarity with restful APIs to integrate with backend services.
  • Experience with healthcare domain is an added advantage.
