This team plays a pivotal role in advancing Providence’s vision by delivering innovative, user-centered digital experiences. Comprising Engineers, Producers, QA specialists, and Project Managers, the team is dedicated to building scalable, secure, and high-performing web platforms that empower patients, enhance digital engagement, and elevate stakeholder satisfaction.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Web Producer, you will be responsible for completing text and graphic changes to assigned websites, implementing approved digital enhancements, and ensuring all content modifications, additions, and deletions are executed within strict timelines and high attention to detail. You’ll combine strong writing skills with expertise in web content management systems (CMS) to deliver changes that meet internal customer needs and Providence’s digital objectives.

You will act as the local expert on website changes, and communicate technical concepts clearly to internal customers and colleagues. Your role involves collaborating closely with marketing and communication teams, planning and accomplishing goals, and supporting a user-centered design philosophy to continually improve the digital experience.

What would your week look like?

  • Serve as first point of contact for PGC production team to facilitate support with assigned requests, troubleshooting, and issue escalation.  
  • Manage a high load of page builds for website migrations, marketing campaigns, or new content launches.
  • Monitor websites proactively to ensure accuracy, currency, and error-free pages.
  • Provide day-to-day front-end support for content owners and publishers.
  • Troubleshoot issues, participate in assessments, and recommend purchases or upgrades.
  • Complete website requests and keep requestors informed of progress and completion.
  • Actively participate in meetings and ensure all changes meet established quality guidelines and standards.
  • Seek out opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Who we are looking for?

  • 5–8 years of experience in technical roles with solid production experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Enterprise CMS (Sitecore/AEM, etc.), Adobe Suite, Adobe graphics programs (Photoshop, Acrobat), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong English language comprehension in both written and verbal communication with ability to demonstrate upon request.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective conflict management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to a changing healthcare environment.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, standards for internet development, security, content management, user experience, information architecture, and site management.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare, insurance, web services, and computer systems is preferred.
  • Responsive service orientation and a positive “can do” approach.
  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or technology-related field preferred.
