Talent Acquisition team is instrumental in contributing towards growth of Providence by identifying top potential talent for the organization. This team collaborates with diverse business leaders to develop an effective strategy with deep knowledge of our businesses and marketplace as a trusted advisor. TA team is passionate about connecting with leadership talent and enabling the organization to hire the best in the industry.

 

We are looking for a Manager - Leadership Recruiter with expertise in Technology recruitments. 

 

What will you be responsible for? 

As a Leadership Recruiter, you would be responsible to identify, attract, and hire top-tier executive and leadership talent for our organization. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their needs and strategically source candidates who align with the company's goals, culture, and vision. 

 

What would your week look like?

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber leadership candidates through various channels such as direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships with relevant industry groups. Deliver a consultative and high-quality executive search service to business and be involved in creating talent strategies to help us hire top leadership talent.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to comprehend their leadership needs, providing consultation on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in executive recruitments.
  • Candidate Assessment and Selection: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and evaluations, to ensure alignment with the organization's values, leadership competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential leadership candidates for current and future openings, fostering relationships with passive candidates and cultivating a strong network within the industry.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitor insights to provide proactive recommendations and insights to the hiring team.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the recruitment process, leveraging data and analytics to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall success in attracting top leadership talent.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication with ability to engage with leadership talent.
  • 8-10years of Executive Search across the technology hiring space
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record of sourcing and/ or recruiting focused on Executive level/ leadership positions within an Executive search firm/ in house team.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and other sources of leadership talent
