How is this team contributing to the vision of Providence?

 

EBA team is responsible to provide Oracle ERP Implementation Support across Finance, SCM and HCM domains. We cater to Functional, technical, Infrastructure & App Security requirements for end-end Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation, Rollouts, Enhancements & Maintenance. 

 

What will you be responsible for?

 

  • Successfully managing the delivery/deployments of Oracle SaaS/ Fusion Applications projects, rollouts, and application support in the Oracle ERP Cloud – Finance domain.
  • Hire right talent, build required competencies, and deliver projects/rollouts in Oracle Cloud Finance – Record to Report (RTR) and Project to Close (PTC)
  • Provide Functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Finance Modules across Record to Report (RTR) and Projects to Close (PTC) modules like General Ledger, FA, AP, AR, Project Costing and Billing.
  • Demonstrate experience as a senior resource leading systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, test strategy, solution architecture, release management, application maintenance and enhancement.
  • Controlling and reporting progress to the Stakeholders and internally within the organization and escalating any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner. Initiating corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Continually assessing potential risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans.
  • Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders.
  • Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated.
  • Ensuring appropriately skilled resources are delivering the project and managing the availability and performance of those consultants.
  • Develop internal Capability solutions and methodologies.

 

 

What would your day look like?

 

  • Collaborate with Implementation Partner and IS teams across Providence and drive ERP implementations, rollouts of ERP solution to new entities, manage release and operations.

 

 Who are we looking for?

 

  • 10+ years of Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of large-scale Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, etc.) for finance business processes.
  • Solid Oracle ERP experience across implementation and support in one of following applications and business processes:
    • ERP Finance Applications (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Lease Management, and Intercompany Accounting
    • Project Management applications (Project accounting and management, Project costing and billing, Grants)
  • Understanding and exposure to Oracle EPM Suite i.e., Enterprise Financial Performance Management applications (Financial Consolidation (FCCS), Planning & Budgeting (PBCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS)
  • ERP experience must also include good understanding of business process integration of finance with Oracle Supply Chain Applications (e.g., Contract Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier/Vendor Management, Pricing, Inventory)
  • Overall strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using agile methodologies and release management processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Ability to led and manage teams in a global setup across shores.  
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong interest in developing internal Capability solutions and methodologies.
