The Opportunity

We are looking for an exemplary Manager / Senior Manager - Executive Recruitment (Technology) to drive leadership hiring across key technology functions. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring senior technology talent at the Director, Senior Director, and critical niche leadership levels.

 

The ideal candidate will bring strong executive recruiting expertise, deep understanding of technology talent markets, and the ability to partner with business leaders to deliver high-quality leadership hiring outcomes. The role requires a blend of executive search, talent mapping, stakeholder management, and market intelligence capabilities.

 

Leadership Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology leadership and critical niche positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements and develop hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of leadership talent across technology domains.
  • Drive passive candidate engagement through direct sourcing, networking, and market research.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

 

Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct talent research and competitive intelligence to identify leadership talent across the market.
  • Develop organizational and competitor mappings to support strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support workforce planning through external talent intelligence and succession insights.

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Technology Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring teams throughout the search process.
  • Facilitate candidate assessments, interview debriefs, and selection decisions.
  • Influence hiring outcomes through consultative and data-driven recommendations.

 

Sourcing Excellence

  • Leverage executive search methodologies and external networks to identify top talent.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find technology leaders.
  • Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry networks.
  • Maintain talent communities for recurring and future hiring needs.

 

Process & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline quality, and hiring effectiveness.
    • Partner with recruitment operations and stakeholders to drive continuous process improvements.
    • Support diversity-focused hiring initiatives and inclusive recruiting practices.

     

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Postgraduate qualification/MBA preferred.

     

    Experience

    • 12-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Leadership Hiring.
    • Strong track record in hiring technology leaders across enterprise or consulting organizations.
    • Experience recruiting Director, Senior Director, and niche technical leadership talent.
    • Exposure to global hiring and stakeholder management preferred.
