What will you be responsible for?

 

  • Ensure that the Financial Statements are in compliancewith relevant Indian Accounting Standards, US GAAP andother regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams in ensuringthe month-close activities are completed in an accurateand timely manner.
  • Support a team in day-to-day transactions by providingappropriate guidance for compliance with companypolicies and standards. Review and approve thevendor/employee invoices and payments.
  • Lead the AR function and ensure that revenueaccounting is done in compliance with relevant accountingstandards of both Indian and US GAAP. Investigate andresolve discrepancies between billing and revenueaccounts.
  • Assist in creating, documenting and maintainingpolicies and procedures along with internal controlevaluations and implement best practices acrossprocesses.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of tools and applications insupport of the accounting function and highlightopportunities for improvement, managing projects that willyield efficiency through automation and optimization

 

Who we are looking for?

 

 

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant
  • 9-12 years of experience in core accounting function
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-pacedenvironment and drive operational initiatives.
