What will you be responsible for?

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Manager with strong data analytical skills to join our dynamic team in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will lead our efforts in developing, building an E2E system and managing full stack applications while leveraging data analytics to drive informed decisions and enhance healthcare services. This role combines technical expertise in full stack development with a deep understanding of data analysis within the healthcare industry.

  • Understanding how to optimize the delivery of code and assets with partner teams and managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, healthcare professionals) & global team to define project scope and requirements.
  • Lead a team of passionate engineers, developing and coaching them to higher performance, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Apply data analytical skills to interpret healthcare data, extract meaningful insights, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Facilitate integration of different healthcare systems and data sources to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Utilize knowledge of healthcare IT standards and protocols (e.g., HL7, DICOM) to ensure compliance and interoperability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting continuous learning and development.
  • Commitment to partner with your leader and other team members to ensure the data ecosystem follows its roadmap and that the quality of our work is the best in our industry
  • Connecting technical roadmaps to measurable outcomes through deep understanding of business and technical goals

 Essential Functions:

  • Conceptual and technical knowledge of full stack – understand the frontend (the consumer-facing website/provider-facing website (EMR)) and backend (what collected in database)
  • Developing and maintaining internal software tools, understanding the risks and operational support required
  • Experience writing low-level and high-level code
  • Manages and mentors individual contributors, providing ongoing feedback that helps the team improve their performance. Differentiates different performance levels, skills, and personal currency in management style.
  • Develops and oversees technical solutions that are in line within technical policy and partners with Marketing Platform leadership to proactively manage technology risk
  • Own and lead the development of modern data architectures:  event driven architecture, data democratization, platform approaches to machine learning/ AI at scale, stream processing and integrating real time analytics into customer applications.
  • Conduct code reviews with team members. Ensure acceptance criteria is met within technical User Stories.
  • Provide expertise in defining data structures, data layer and data integration practices for business intelligence or for operational uses.
  • Provide data governance practices in data administration, data integration, data analytics and data modeling.
  • Understands, influences, and supports the technical realization of department goals and the overall technical roadmap
  • Partners with subject matter experts where needed to resolve technical issues, create new processes, or design technical solutions       

Who are we looking for?

  • 10 to 12+ Years experience in full stack development, with proficiency in languages such as Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft .NET Stack, AWS Data Stack, R3, Airflow, Web Applications & API Development, E2E Life Cycle Management & DevOps.
  • Good data analytical skills, including experience with data modeling, data engineering, statistical analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • AWS Stack, PostgreSQL, Vue JS, Angular and Blazor experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in managing teams and projects in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
