What will you be responsible for?
- Collaborate with business to build campus talent acquisition strategy and brand Providence as an employer of choice.
- Establish relationship with new and existing campus and constantly identify relationship building opportunities through speaker sessions etc.
- Drive various programs and initiatives to proactively identify talent in the campus - through initiatives like hackathons, brand ambassadors, buddy programs etc.
- Market intelligence around competition and best practices that can be adopted by Providence.
- Work the pillar leads on build an annual forecasting process of the hiring needs and bring the strategic perspective of hiring from campus.
- Ensure strong engagement with the candidates to deliver world class experience to both students and hiring managers.
- Identify areas of process improvement and automation of the process
- Research on hiring trends, identify colleges to source the best candidates based as per company’s requirements and compile recruitment reports and presentations.
- Analyze seasonal recruiting success, measure results, and prepare report of every career event using recruiting metrics (e.g. number of interviewed/hired candidates etc.)
Who are we looking for?
- MBA (Preferred) with 8+ years of experience in campus recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to consult, influence and manage clients.
- Demonstrated personal accountability and has an ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business.
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills
