What will you be responsible for?

  • Deliver high-quality, consultative talent acquisition support to assigned business functions and help execute hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce plans, hiring needs, and market trends.
  • Lead & mentor agile team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals, maintain productivity, and ensure a positive candidate experience for recruiting sprints.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Partner with sourcing and research teams to identify target talent pools and strengthen candidate pipelines.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and employment regulations throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRBP, Finance, Operations, and Communications to support business growth initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives and promote inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Stay informed about market intelligence, competitor hiring trends, and talent availability within relevant skill segments.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • MBA (preferred) with 10-12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing hiring for technology function like (Cybersecurity , SNOW , Cloud , Data Engineering).
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing recruiting teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, ATS platforms (Success factors , Workday etc), and hiring metrics.
  • Experience analyzing recruitment data and using insights to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
