Manager - Web Analytics
How is this team contributing to vision of Providence?
This team is responsible for web analytics across all our patient facing websites from a high level (Is this feature working? Where do users drop off? Are our business goals being met?) to low level execution (What data is needed to help the business? What's the best way to implement tags and ensure data quality?). In a nutshell, you will be responsible for providing actionable reports to our business stakeholders through excellent storytelling, analytics prowess, and contributing to the building of our analytics infrastructure and platform.
What will you be responsible for?
- You will manage a team of Digital Marketing and Campaign operations Analysts in the Marketing analytics team
- Lead a team of passionate Marketing Analysts working in the areas of Digital Marketing measurement and optimization, developing and coaching them to higher performance, collaboration, and engagement.
- Insights and Reporting
- Data Integrity, Accuracy, and Tagging Strategy
- Anticipate, identify, and solve critical business problems through the collection of data and steering the business to make data driven decisions.
- Understand the product design roadmap and nuances of design implementation to track efficacy of design decisions.
- Empower the product design team to develop solutions that solve users' needs.

- Bring in & Drive changes to improve productivity, predictability, bring in best practices in line with organizational aspirations & culture
- Ability to take risks and put a structure around it and achieve the goals with focus on people, quality
- Partner with other internal teams to wrangle data that brings new capabilities and insights to the Marketing discipline.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders based upon deep analysis and alignment with business goals
- Coach and manage team
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, data analytics
- 9+ years Analytics experience
- 2-4+ years of leadership experience managing a team delivery, performance, mentoring & coaching
- Ability to nurture and grow talent
- Excellent/ Strong Stakeholder management skills.
Excellent in Analytics and data management skills.
