Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with 8 years of expertise in network engineering, including skills in Aruba SDWAN, Cisco ACI, NetScaler Load Balancer, and routing and switching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both Business As Usual (BAU) operations and engineering projects, ensuring the stability and efficiency of our network infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including Aruba SDWAN, Cisco ACI, and NetScaler Load Balancer.
  • Perform routine network maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Lead and participate in engineering projects, including network upgrades, expansions, and new implementations.
  • Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and project initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior network engineers and other IT staff.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the network infrastructure remains current and secure.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in network engineering and operations, with a strong focus on Routing & Switching, Aruba SDWAN, Cisco ACI, and NetScaler Load Balancer.
  • In-depth knowledge of routing and switching protocols and technologies.
  • Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting complex network environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Routing & switching( BGP, OSPF, EIGRP/TCP-IP/HSRP/VRRP/TRUNKING/ETHERCHANNEL)
  • SD-WAN(SilverPeak, cisco viptela or similar)
  • Load balancing (BIG IP F5 or NetScaler)
  • Cisco ACI is an advantage
  • Azure networking
  • Python scripting and network automation
  • Firewall management and Security Protocols
  • Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Grafana or similar
  • Experience with network security technologies and best practices.
