Principal Analyst – Global Finance Operations
 
How is this team contributing to vision of Providence?
The Principal Analyst for Global Finance Operations plays a crucial role in performing the work to maintain and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position includes data analysis, report generation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to support the operation.
 
What will you be responsible for?
·        Work closely with the Shared Services team and Stakeholders to perform and ensure accurate recording, consolidation, and reporting of General Ledger and Grant Management .
·       Perform set up and modification requests in ERP system pertaining to grant management.
·       Generating invoices for Grants related awards
·        Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations covering cash accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Deferred Revenues, Other Accrued Liabilities etc.
·        Perform and review month-close activities and other grant processes and work with Providence Entities and the Shared Services team to have strong controls in place.
·        Review monthly financial statements of various Providence entities to ensure the numbers are materially accurate.
·       Perform and review  audit deliverables during audit.
·        Must be able to build strong and enduring relationships across levels in the organization and facilitate collaborations, transparent communications, and alignment between diverse constituents.
·        actively involved in planning and executing the whole transition.

Who are we looking for?
·        CA / CPA / CMA / MBA / M.com with 8+ years of experience in accounting including grant/contract accounting experience.
·        Excellent communication skills and cross -departmental collaboration skills.
·        Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data in Excel and process improvement.
·        Experience in working with global stakeholders .
·       High-performance creativity” and “optimistic” personality.
