What will you be responsible for?

  • The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills in development, Infrastructure automation and manage, nurture, and lead an Engineering team.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with other teams across Globe to land the common goals while maintaining consistency in results
  • Strong passion for technology and Innovative thinking on envisioning of service roadmaps and delivering end to end services which are long-lasting and agile to future needs
  • Connecting technical roadmaps to measurable outcomes through deep understanding of business and technical goals
  • Inculcate strong engineering culture within team driven through strong Quality of Service focus as outcome for caregivers
  • Ability to take risks, put a structure around it, and achieve the goals with focus on people and quality deliverables
  • Designing, architecting and Implementing Cloud and related solutions as part of delivery
  • Executing on Cloud and OnPrem Optimization projects
  • Work on designing and implementing Cloud Governance and Security architectures
  • Take initiatives on Simplification and Standardization for Cloud and OnPrem Space
  • Bring in process and technology for change legacy practices
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to present KPIs to stake holders

What would your day look like?

  • Partner with the Service Owners and Program Management team for defining the roadmap for the Cloud Transformation/Migration and Prioritization
  • Product lifecycle including research, proof of concepts, architect, design, develop, test, deploy and maintenance
  • Design and develop modular, flexible, scalable, secure, reliable and quality solutions that deliver business value through superior user experience. Proactive to create and reuse the components wherever possible and sharing of components across organization

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing Enterprise Compute Infrastructure OnPrem and Cloud
  • Strong development experience in enterprise development projects with Azure and Terraform/ ARM template
  • Transformation/ Migration Factory with good hands-on Cloud Migration tools like Azure Migrate, Cloud Endure and third party
  • Strong Terraform Experience including Creating and managing Modules
  • Strong Automation Experience with tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Networking Principles and Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework
  • Experience with Azure Private Routing including use of Private Link and Private Endpoint
  • Azure DevOps and GitHub Action (CI & CD using Classic and Scripted Pipelines)
  • Ability to architect, design & deliver solutions leveraging Azure platform services for cloud only and hybrid (cloud & on-prem) scenarios
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence
